Tampa, FL - Payroll Administrator

Summary Description Of Position

This position will assist in processing all aspects of the company payroll for the Tampa facility.  

Minimum Requirements And Qualification

  1. High School diploma or equivalent
  2. Two years of payroll/HR experience  
  3. Strong basic computer skills
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office systems, such as; Outlook, Excel & Word.
  5. Very organized and strong time management skills

Major Responsibility Areas and Duties

  • Compile payroll time and data to include garnishments, vacation time and payroll deductions.
  • Download time and clock-ins for completeness and accuracy.
  • Process bi-weekly transfer of payroll data to corporate office for processing through company systems.
  • Compile internal management reports from payroll system software.
  • Audit and maintain all filing for personnel files.
  • Complete and fax/email back employment verifications.
  • Assist in HR audits of databases, systems, reports and files.

Physical Requirements

  1. Ability to perform work utilizing a computer for extended periods of time.
  2. Ability to sit for extended periods of time in a normal office environment.
  3. Ability to withstand constant to intermittent noise levels.
  4. Ability to have close vision.
  5. Ability to have distant vision.
