What you will do:
The purpose of this position is to coordinate, extract, reconcile and analyze the data within various data base systems (WINGS, Infinium, SAP, etc.). This position is responsible for extracting key business data, analyzing its meaning and making suggestions to primary stakeholders to track business performance and support improvements in business processes and operations. Additionally ensures accuracy of standards through periodic review and research of relevant records. Develops reports to validate and adjust standards as necessary and on-demand for various management requirements. Provides guidance and training to support staff and system users.
What you need:
High school education or GED
Analytical thinker with a passion for “figuring things out”.
Demonstrated excellent working knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes and Wings System, or other MRO Enterprise system with comparable and transferrable knowledge or ability to develop that knowledge quickly.
Prior demonstrated experience in the operation of spreadsheet, database and web-based applications.
Demonstrated experience coordinating with Info Systems/IT departments and/or System developers for long term solutions to users needs.
5 years of experience in Microsoft Access database management/data manipulation, extraction and analysis of large amounts of data, and expertise in presenting it in an easy to understand format.
Verbal, written presentation, problem solving & interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of employees, management, & customers
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
Planning and organizational skills necessary to process, coordinate, prioritize and track workload requirements in a multi-project, fast paced environment.
Self-motivated, able to work independently or as a part of a team.
Preferred Job Skills:
Experience with WINGS or similar MRO Applications
Working knowledge in querying data using SQL
Associate’s degree in Business, Aviation or related technical field
