What you will do:
Provides administrative and clerical support. Schedule meetings and use of conference rooms. Coordinates office functions such as payroll verfication, ordering office supplies, or budget tracking on an on going basis. Coordinates other projects as assigned on on as needed basis. This position reports to the Director, Heavy Maintenance.
