Material Services Repair Coordinator

What you will do:

This position will coordinate all repairs in the AMS department.  Issuing repair orders (RO’s), tracking the parts through shipping, repairing, return shipping, updating spreadsheets, updating WINGS, updating Accounting with repair costs, while keeping the Sales Rep’s and Manager updated throughout the process.  This position will also assist in evaluating the  market-value of repaired, or potential repaired, parts. 

What you need:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4 years combination of fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment with proven track record of people management or customer service.
  • Self-motivated, ability to act independently and suggest solutions.
  • Excellent ability to communicate (written & oral) with internal and external customers, as well as vendors.
  • Proven knowledge and skills in using Microsoftt Office Excel and Word.
  • Ability to learn and use PMI and WINGS.
  • Ability to use internet based inventory websites.


Preferred Job Skills:

  • Previous warehousing/inventory/logitistics experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to work in both an office and warehouse environment, sit at a desk, climb ladders, communicate via email/phone/fax, complete data entry.
