What you will do:
The Treasury/ Accounts Payable Analyst completes all Cash Receipt and Cash Disbursement transaction accounting for Tampa FL subsidiary. The Analyst performs Accounts Payable invoice coding and approval tracking for AMES vendor invoices.
What you need:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Associates Degree in Accounting or related field
Computer skills for Microsoft programs.
Self motivated - able to work independently with accuracy and efficiency.
Proactive, high attention to detail, and ability to work at a fast pace with accurate results.
Strong interpersonal communication skills to work within a team coordinate with all levels of management and to aid in collection efforts.
Strong organizational, analytical & problem solving skills
1 year experience with corporate on-line banking or,1 year experience with comprehensive ERP/MRP system such as SAP and/or WINGS.
2 years data entry experience
Prior experience analyzing data & recommending actions based on that analysis.
Preferred Job Skills:
Accounts receivable and collection experience preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field preferred or continued progress to 4-year degree
Prior experience with a modern comprehensive accounting software system such as SAP
